Refund and Exchange

If you wish to support our small business in these challenging times, the selection of exchange or store credit to use at a later date would be very much appreciated. We rely on our customers and would like to thank you for your patronage. Email us on info@SweetBlissLife.com. with your order number. We will get back to you within 72 hours.

Once we receive your return we will email you an exchange credit code to the value of the products returned from your original order. You can use this code to place your exchange order online. Please note that there may be a $10 standard shipping charge for your exchange order. We will always do our best to act quickly and make sure you are satisfied.

A refund will be approved provided the merchandise is in original condition, unused and proof of purchase is shown. For all orders that received free shipping, the purchase price of the goods will be refunded less a flat $10 shipping recovery fee(subject to change depends on delivery address). This shipping recovery fee covers the shipping cost the business incurs when sending out any parcels that receive free shipping. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. All refunds are processed through the original payment method. 

The refund will be approved and actioned once the returned merchandise is received. Please read the above return procedures and follow the instructions on how to process a returned item.

Refunds may take up to 21 days to appear on your statement.
