How do I find my order number?

Once you place your order successfully, you will receive a unique order number starting with “#”
There are three ways to find your Order Number:
  1. Check your email’s inbox or spam for the order confirmation.
  2. Create a Freendeals Account using the email address you provided at purchase. Find your order number under your Order History.

Which countries do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?

We are shipping to United States,Canada,United Kingdom,Australia,New Zealand. Please see the checkout stage for more shipping destinations.
All orders are experiencing FREE SHIPPING worldwide.
Order items will be shipped out form our various warehouses across the World depending on the availability and delivery efficiency. 
The major shipping methods we are using are, EUB,USPS and DHL.
Due to Covid-19 issue, all deliveries are experiencing minor to major delay.
 

How can I track my order?

Simply click the link "Track Order" in the main menu, follow the instructions to track your order.
 

How long does my order process and ship out?

It usually take 1-2 business days to process your order.
Once your order is being processed, it will take up to 10-25 business days to delivered.
We are partnering some major delivery company across the world, such UPS,DHL,USPS,etc.However, the delivery time of each chanel may vary, there is a possibility of delay due to the COVID-19 issue.
 

How do I Cancel or Change an order?

Orders can be changed or canceled up to 1 hour after being placed. If you've just ordered and need help, please email info@SweetBlissLife.com right away. Once processed, our Fulfillment Center can no longer make any adjustments.
 

What Payment methods do we accept?

We currently accept Paypal, Shopify payment and credit or debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, JCB and Discover Network), these channel are the most secure and reliable online payment. We will build up Amazon Pay and Goolge Pay very soon.
All our orders are processed in local currency.
 

How do I enter my Discount Code?

Discount codes or coupons are case-sensitive and only one can be applied per purchase. 
On the last page before you click "Complete Order" you'll find a box to enter your discount code.Once you have entered this code, click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount - that’s it!  
If you find out the discount code does not apply for any reduction, please email us to info@SweetBlissLife.com, we will work it out for you at once.
Notice: If automatic discount is applied to certain or all products, other discount codes will not be able to use.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology) and PCI compliant Level 1, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.
 

Do your prices include tax?

Orders being shipped internationally maybe subject to import duties and taxes. You will be liable for all import duties and taxes at the point of, or after delivery.
Unfortunately, we does not have any control of these fees. You may contact your local customs office for further information.
